Screenshot: koermy01.png o Become a new customer (mobil phone selection and contract) Once you are within the registration process everything is very clearly arranged and you always can undo your steps. o Customer section (navigation) After the multi-line menu appears, you get a very good overview and navigation seems to be quite simple. Problems -------- o Basic navigation problem The BACK button doesn't work on this page. o Become a new customer (get to the forms) It's not obvious at first sight were to register as a new customer. Although the page is well structured for already customers, the new customer needs some time to get familiar with the special navigation style of the One homepage. Screenshot: koermy01.png o Advertisement The homepage is full of banners containing advertisement either for one itself or cooperation companies. A banner itself wouldn't be that annoying if it is fixed. But in the case of this homepage the banner changes its size and its position. o Structure There is no clear seperation into some navigation and some data sections. To get somewhere specific you always have to search the whole screen for some helping buttons. o Bottom menu section For very general requests there exists a menu line at the bottom of the site. I would prefer a second level menu instead of it. Furthermore this small grey fonts are not very obvious to a new user since most of the user's attention is payed to the poppy and colorful part of the page. o Customer section (start) The customer sections have two different menu representations. First the appear as several combo boxes and if there is already a selection made then they appear as a multi-line menu. I don't see any need for this.
