1 User Profile

Mainly the side tries to attract the following three types of users. This is already obvious through the main page of the website.

Additionally these users can be grouped into the following two categories:

Furthermore we found the following special user groups, which also get some attention:

Overall the web page is designed for all ages. But of course a personal computer with an Internet connection and basic web surfing knowledge is required. Furthermore money is required for using the available offerings. Because of this the web page attracts persons older than about 14 years (our esteem).

It this think aloud test especially users falling in the category described in the previous paragraph will be tested (Computer owner with web surfing experience, older than 14 years, at least some sort of income to use the provided things). In this test we can not expect, that the users are already ONE customers. Additionally we do not own a ONE account. So the test focuses on using the website as a user who isn't a ONE customer yet.

2 Test Users

The following table contains the test users for this thinking aloud test. Furthermore a short description of the users and the available times are presented in this table.

3 Test Environment

The TA test will be held at Micheal's apartment. The room is 11 square meters big. It contains a normal personal computer environment with the computer described below, a desk and a seat. Behind the desk there is a window. A mirror will be provided by Joachim. In the next table a description of the test environment is presented. It includes information about the computer, browser and the Internet connection.

4 Video Equipment

5 Test Tasks

Think of four tasks for users to perform on your client's web site, in increasing order of difficulty.
